Brooks Macdonald (BRK.L) reported that its fiscal year profit before tax declined to 11.6 million pounds from 22.2 million pounds, last year. Earnings per share was 39.4 pence compared to 112.6 pence. Underlying profit before tax was 34.1 million pounds, up 12.5%. Underlying earnings per share was 161.0 pence compared to 151.0 pence.
For the year ended 30 June 2024, revenue was 128.3 million pounds, up 3.6% from prior year.
The Board has recommended a final dividend of 49.0 pence, which will result in total dividends for the year of 78.0 pence. This represents an increase of 4.0%.
