Pan African Resources PLC (PAF.L) a mid-tier African-focused gold producer, Tuesday said it has appointed Marileen Kok as the Financial Director with effect from October 1.
Marileen, who joined the group as financial manager in January 2020, will also be appointed as a director of PAR (Pan African Resources) Funding Company and as the debt officer with effect from 1 October.
