Rod Wave has announced that his Last Lap album is set to arrive on October 11 via Alamo Records. Wave has also shared a brand-new single, "Fall Fast In Love," along with its video.
"Fallin' fast in love, it's never been a safe thing/ Are you fallin' fast enough/ They'll tell you that we're crazy/ If you're not scared/ Yeah, I'll be right here," he croons.
The R&B singer's last three consecutive albums - Soulfly (2021), Beautiful Mind (2022) and Nostalgia (2023) - debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 album chart.
Last Lap is expected to feature guest appearances from Drake, Lil Baby, Lil Yachty, and Rylo Rodriguez, and other artists.
The production is expected to be handled by Dmac, Exuising, Metro Boomin, Tfivee, TnTXD, Thaj Money, Wonderyo, and several other producers, according to recent snippets.
