Waltham, Massachusetts-based Upstream Bio, Inc., a clinical-stage biotech developing treatments for severe respiratory disorders, has priced its initial public offering of 15 million shares of common stock at $17.00 each, at the upper limit of the anticipated range of $15.00 to $17.00 per share.
Upstream Bio shares will begin trading on the Nasdaq today, under the symbol "UPB".
