Atos SE (Atos SE), a French IT company, Tuesday said it has agreed to sell its Worldgrid business unit to ALTEN SA for an enterprise value of 270 million euros.
Worldgrid, that provides consulting and engineering services to energy and utility companies, had generated revenue of about 170 million euros in 2023.
The deal is expected to close before year end.
