Leap Therapeutics Inc. (LPTX), focused on developing targeted and immuno-oncology therapeutics, has several upcoming clinical trial events to watch in the next few months.
The company's lead drug candidate is DKN-01, being developed for esophagogastric, gynecologic, and colorectal cancers. Also in the pipeline is FL-501, a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting the growth and differentiation factor 15 (GDF-15) protein, in preclinical development.
