Dye & Durham Ltd. (DND.TO), Tuesday announced the decision of Matthew Proud to step down from his role as Chief Executive Officer.
Proud will continue in his position for approximately three months or until the board appoints his successor, the company added.
Currently, Dye & Durham's stock is trading at C$20.81, up 12.52 percent on the Toronto.
