Kainos Group plc (KNOS.L), an information technology provider, said Wednesday that it re-appointed Brendan Mooney as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Russell Sloan, who served 25 years at the company and is now stepping down with immediate effect.
Brendan has worked for Kainos since 1989. He was CEO of Kainos for more than two decades before stepping down in September 2023.
The company also said the Board's expectations of trading for the year ending 31 March 2025 remains unchanged as stated in the interim results announced on November 11.
Rosaleen Blair, Chair of Kainos, said, "Brendan's knowledge of the Group, its challenges and opportunities is unsurpassed and we look forward to a clear focus on a return to growth."
Tuesday, KNOS.L had closed 10 cents or 1.23% lesser at $803 on the London Stock Exchange.
