Coherus BioSciences Inc. (CHRS), a biopharmaceutical company focused on immunotherapies for cancer, announced on Wednesday that it will present final clinical and biomarker data from its phase II study of Casdozokitug in combination with Atezolizumab and Bevacizumab in patients with unresectable or metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma next month.
Interim results from the study, as of the data cutoff on November 9, 2023, and reported in January, demonstrated a 38% objective response rate, which included three complete responses. Furthermore, more than 60% of patients exhibited tumor shrinkage on their initial scans.
