Maxeon Solar Technologies, Ltd. (MAXN), Monday announced that the company has entered into a Settlement and Cross-Licensing Agreement with Tongwei Solar (Hefei) Co., Ltd., effective November 30.
The agreement was regarding shingled solar cell and module technology and the party's related patent disputes.
Currently, Maxeon's stock is climbing 3.21 percent, to $8.36 on the Nasdaq.
