Xaar plc (XAR.L), an inkjet printing technology group, announced Wednesday that Paul James has been appointed the permanent Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.
James has been serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer since November 20, 2024, after Ian Tichias resigned as CFO and Executive Director, to pursue other opportunities.
The new CFO, prior to Xaar, was Group CFO of Biffa from September 2023 to October 2024 and Group CFO of Genuit Group plc from March 2018 to September 2023. He has also held a number of senior positions at Currys plc, Inchcape plc and British American Tobacco plc.
