Allete, Inc. (ALE), Friday announced that its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Steven Morris has decided to retire from the company, effective mid-2025.
The company said it has initiated a search for a new CFO and expects to identify one in the first quarter.
In the pre-market hours, Allete's stock is trading at $65.22, down 0.73 percent on the New York Stock Exchange.
