Redcentric Plc (RCN.L), a British IT service manager, said on Monday that David Senior has decided to step down as Chief Financial Officer. The company will confirm David's departure date in the near future.
Subsequently, the Board has commenced its search for a suitable successor. During this transition period, David is expected to continue to fulfill his duties and support the company in executing its strategy, including overseeing the completion of the financial year ending March 31.
