Idox plc (IDOX.L) reported fiscal 2024 profit before tax of 8.06 million pounds compared to 7.82 million pounds, prior year. Earnings per share from continuing operations was 1.15 pence compared to 1.23 pence. Adjusted EBITDA increased by 7% to 26.1 million pounds. Adjusted EPS was at 2.61 pence compared to 2.62 pence.
Fiscal 2024 revenue increased to 87.6 million pounds from 73.3 million pounds, last year. Recurring revenue increased by 20% to 54.5 million pounds, accounting for 62% of the Group's total revenue.
The Group said it has made an encouraging start to fiscal 2025, with trading in line with the Board's expectations. The Board has proposed an increased final dividend of 0.7 pence for fiscal 2024.
