ATOSS Software SE (AOF.DE) reported a fourth-quarter net profit of 12.57 million euros up from 10.99 million euros in the prior year. On a per share basis, net income was 0.79 euros up from 0.69 euros in the previous year.
Sales revenues for the fourth quarter grew to 44.74 million euros from 40.94 million euros in the prior year.
The Management Board will propose to the Supervisory Board a dividend of 2.13 euros per share compared to 1.69 euros per share paid last year. The recommendations for the appropriation of net income put forward by the Management and Supervisory Boards will be resolved upon at the Annual General Meeting on April 30, 2025.
The Group expects revenues of at least 190 million euros for the 2025 financial year with an EBIT margin of at least 31 percent.
With regard to 2026 and 2027, the Group expects to achieve revenue of at least 215 million euros and 245 million euros respectively.
The company aims to reach a revenue level of 400 million euros by 2030.
