Its wholly owned lead asset is PIPE-791, a novel, brain penetrant, small molecule inhibitor of lysophosphatidic acid 1 receptor ("LPA1R") in development for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, Progressive multiple sclerosis, and Chronic pain.
