Jersey-headquartered gold miner Caledonia Mining Corporation Plc (CMCL) on Wednesday said that its Chief Financial Officer Chester Goodburn, would step down from his role on March 24 after the publication of the company's financial results for the year to December 31, 2024. The company named Ross Jerrard to succeed the outgoing CFO.
Goodburn will continue as consultant for a short period to ensure smooth transition, the company said in a statement.
Ross Jerrard, aged 50 was the CFO of Centamin plc from April 2016 until its acquisition by AngloGold Ashanti Plc in November 2024.
