PPHE Hotel Group (PPH.L) reported fiscal 2024 profit before tax of 30.6 million pounds compared to 28.8 million pounds, last year. Earnings per share, in Pound Sterling, was 0.66 compared to 0.53. Adjusted EPRA earnings per share increased to 125 pence from 118 pence.
For the year ended 31 December 2024, revenues were 442.79 million pounds compared to 414.60 million pounds, prior year. On a like-for-like basis, revenue grew by 3.3%.
The Board remains confident in delivering results in line with market expectations for 2025.
The Board has recommended a final proposed dividend of 21 pence per share. Together with the 17 pence per share interim dividend paid, the total dividend for 2024 is 38 pence per share.
