RHI Magnesita N.V. (RHIM.L) reported that its fiscal 2024 profit before income tax declined to 200 million euros from 233 million euros, last year. Basic EPS was 3.01 euros compared to 3.50 euros. Adjusted EBITDA was 543 million euros, flat with last year. Adjusted EPS was 5.32 euros compared to 4.98 euros.
For the year ended 31 December 2024, revenue was 3.49 billion euros compared to 3.57 billion euros, previous year.
The Group expects adjusted EBITA performance in 2025 to be modestly above 2024 levels including the acquisition of Resco.
