Owens & Minor, Inc. (OMI), Friday announced financial outlook for the fiscal year 2025, expecting to be in a range of $10.85 billion to $11.15 billion.
The company projects yearly adjusted earnings of $1.60 to $1.85 per share.
Analysts, on average, estimate revenue of $10.97 billion, and earnings of $1.79 per share for the same period.
Concurrently, the company confirmed that active discussions are undergoing regarding potential sale of its Products & Healthcare Services segment.
In the pre-market sales, Owens & Minor's stock is climbing 8.27 percent, to $7.46 on the New York Stock Exchange.
