Douglas Dynamics Inc. (PLOW), Monday announced the appointment of Mark Van Genderen as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Currently, shares are down 4.99 percent at $25.69.
Van Genderen succeeds Interim President & CEO, James Janik, who will step back into the former role of Chairman.
Van Genderen has been with the Douglas Dynamics for five years, and most recently as Chief Operating Officer and President of Work Truck Attachments. He is a member of the Lutheran Social Services Foundation Board of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan, where he serves as the Chair of the Finance, Investment, and Audit Committee.
