Breedon Group (BREE.L) reported fiscal 2024 pretax profit of 125.4 million pounds compared to 134.4 million pounds, last year. Earnings per share was 28.0 pence compared to 31.0 pence. Underlying EBITDA increased by 11% to 269.9 million pounds. Adjusted underlying EPS was 34.3 pence compared to 33.9 pence.
For the year ended 31 December 2024, revenue increased to 1.58 billion pounds from 1.49 billion pounds, prior year. Like-for-like revenue for the year decreased 5%.
Separately, Breedon Group announced the acquisition of Lionmark Construction Companies LLC for an enterprise value of 187 million pounds.
