Germany-headquartered CANCOM SE (CNCXY), a digital business provider, on Wednesday announced the extension of the contract of CEO Rudiger Rath early by a further four years until December 31, 2029.
Rudiger Rath joined the Executive Board in October 2021 and took over as CEO on 1 November 2022.
The contract extension is intended to ensure continuity at the top management level.
