Surface Transforms Plc (SCE.L), a maker of carbon fibre reinforced ceramic automotive brake discs, said on Thursday that its Chief Financial Officer, Isabelle Maddock, has decided to retire with effect from June 30.
Subsequently, the company has appointed Steven Harrison as Interim Chief Financial Officer with effect from March 17.
Harrison will join Surface Transforms from Aurorium, a PE-backed maker of speciality chemicals, where he was interim European CFO, prior to which he was CFO at Saietta Group Plc.
