STV Group reported fiscal 2024 profit of 13.1 million pounds compared to 5.3 million pounds, prior year. Earnings per share was 23.4 pence compared to 9.4 pence. Adjusted operating profit was 20.6 million pounds, up 3%. Adjusted earnings per share was 29.0 pence compared to 27.2 pence. Revenue was 188.0 million pounds, an increase of 12%.
A final dividend of 7.4 pence per share has been proposed by the Board of Directors. The proposed dividend would be payable on 30 May 2025 to shareholders who are on the register at 22 April 2025.
