U.K.-based 4imprint Group plc (FOUR.L), a direct marketer of promotional products on Wednesday announced the appointment of Michelle Brukwicki as CFO with effect from May 1, in place of David Seekings who plans to retire.
David Seekings would remain available to Michelle and the business until June 30, 2025 to ensure a continued smooth transition.
David had announced his intentions to retire in May 2024.
