Alfa Financial Software Holdings plc (ALFA.L), on Thursday, reported robust financial growth for FY24 across various metrics, reflecting exceptionally strong conversion of wins in Q4 2024 along with a record level of Total Contract Value.
For the year ended 31 December 2024, the company reported a revenue of £109.9 million, an 8% increase from £102.0 million in 2023. The operating profit was £34.3 million, marking a 14% increase from the previous year's £30.1 million.
The profit before tax also saw an increase, rising by 15% to £34.1 million from £29.6 million in 2023. The basic earnings per share went up by 9%, reaching 8.68 pence compared to 7.99 pence in 2023, while the diluted earnings per share rose by 8% to 8.56 pence from 7.90 pence the previous year.
In terms of dividends, the special dividend declared per share increased by 20% to 2.4 pence from 2.0 pence in 2023, and the proposed ordinary dividend per share saw an 8% increase, moving to 1.4 pence from 1.3 pence.
Regarding cash, the company ended 2024 with £20.5 million, a decrease of 6% compared to £21.8 million in 2023.
Total Contract Value or TCV soared 34% to £221.3 million from £165.3 million reported in the year 2023.
