Empire Company Limited (EMP.A), a food retailer and real estate service provider, Thursday said its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Matt Reindel has decided to retire.
The company has named Constantine (Costa) Pefanis as new finance chief withe effect from May.
Pefanis comes with expertise in capital and public markets across different sectors including retail. Most recently, he has served as CFO of Green Infrastructure Partners (GIP Inc.).
