Carbon Revolution Public Ltd. Co. (CREV), a manufacture of carbon fiber wheels for automotive industry, on Wednesday announced that Donnie Hampton Jr. has joined as Acting Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board, as CEO Jake Dingle steps down.
Hampton Jr. holds 30 years of experience and had served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Michigan-based Pace Industries.
Tuesday, Carbon Revolution closed 2.10% higher at $2.92 on the Nasdaq.
