Stratec SE (SBS.DE), a provider of automation and instrumentation solutions, said it expects that the targets formulated for the 2024 financial year, namely consolidated sales to remain stable or decline slightly on a constant-currency basis and an adjusted EBIT margin of around 10.0% to 12.0%, have been met.
The company announced a postponement in the publication date for its 2024 Annual
Report. Publication is now scheduled for April 29, 2025. This postponement is to be viewed in connection with the increased time and coordination required due to the change of external auditor (initial audit), as well as with capacity bottlenecks, some of which sickness-related, in the finance department.
The company noted that the new publication date for the 2024 Annual Report will also make it necessary to postpone the Annual General Meeting scheduled to take place on May 23, 2025. The 2025 Annual General Meeting will now be held on June 17, 2025.
