Johnson Service Group Plc (JSG.L), a British textile services provider, said on Monday that its Chief Financial Officer, Yvonne Monaghan, has decided to retire.
Subsequently, the company has selected Ryan Govender to succeed Monaghan. It is anticipated that Govender will be appointed as CFO with effect from October 1. Monaghan will remain as CFO until the date of Ryan's appointment.
Govender currently works as CFO of Treatt Plc, a natural extracts and ingredients manufacturer for the beverage, flavor, fragrance, and consumer goods industries. Earlier, he held several roles with Associated British Foods.
