Adesso SE Annual Profit, Sales Rise; Lifts Dividend

German IT service management company Adesso SE (ADN1.F) on Thursday posted higher profit for fiscal 2024, helped by good performance in its core sectors. The company revealed its outlook for fiscal 2025 and also raised its dividend from last year.

The company posted consolidated net profit of 10.2 million euros for fiscal 2024, higher than last year's 3.4 million euros. On a per share basis, earnings climbed to 1.25 euros from 0.49 euro a year ago.

Annual sales came in at 1.30 billion euros, a 14 percent rise from the 1.14 billion euros recorded in the prior year. The company's EBITDA totalled 98.3 million euros during the year, up from last year's 80.0 million euros.

Looking ahead, sales growth to 1.35 billion to 1.45 billion is expected for fiscal 2025. The company said that with capacity utilisation projected to be higher throughout the year and the product business booming again from the second half, EBITDA is expected to rise to between 105 million euros and 125 million euros.

The Board plans to propose a dividend payment of 0.75 euro per share at the Annual General Meeting to be held on June 3. This is higher than last year's dividend payout of 0.70 euro per share.
