Corero Network Security plc (CNS.L), a cybersecurity company, on Tuesday reported a pre-tax profit in fiscal 2024, compared with last year's loss.
Looking ahead, the company said its Board is confident in the medium-term trading growth prospects.
In the fiscal year 2024, profit before taxation surged to $0.56 million from loss of $0.15 million last year.
Profit after tax was $0.50 million, compared to loss of $0.17 million in the prior year.
For the fiscal year that ended in December, earnings per share were 0.1 US cents, compared to break even last year.
EBITDA increased 42% to $2.5 million from $1.76 million last year.
Revenue also surged 10% to $24.56 million from $22.35 million in the previous year.
Order intake grew 13% to $28.2 million from last year's $24.8 million.
Looking ahead, the company said it remains focused on providing effective and affordable distributed denial of service or DDoS protection for businesses.
Corero Network Security is currently trading 0.30% higher at 16.75 pence on the London Stock Exchange.
