Mastech Digital, Inc.(MHH), a provider of Digital Transformation Services, on Monday announced that Jack Cronin will be resigning as Chief Financial Officer and has appointed Kannan Sugantharaman as Chief Financial and Operations Officer with effect from April 14.
Shares of Mastech Digital are dropping in the pre-market trading.
Cronin, who has been serving as CFO since 1998, is expected to remain until May 30, to support a smooth transition.
Sugantharaman will lead Mastech Digital's global financial operations, including financial planning, accounting, reporting, and compliance.
Sugantharaman most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for Omega Healthcare Management Services.
In the pre-market trading, Mastech is 3.90% lesser at $8.63 on the New York Stock Exchange.
