PTL Limited (PTLE), an established bunkering facilitator providing marine fuel
logistics services for vessel refueling, serving the Asia Pacific market,
announced the pricing of its public offering of 23.80 million ordinary shares at a public offering price of $0.30 per ordinary share.
The company expects gross proceeds, before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses, to be approximately $7.14 million.
The Offering is expected to close on April 10, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
