Venus Concept Inc. (VERO) has closed its previously announced registered direct offering priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules for the purchase and sale of 328,573 shares of common stock at a purchase price of $3.50 per share. The gross proceeds to the company from the offering were $1.21 million. The financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2025 are scheduled to be reported on May 15, 2025. While reporting Q4, 2024 results in March, Venus said that it expects total revenue for the three months ending March 31, 2025, of at least $14.0 million. The total revenue was $17.5 million in the first quarter of 2024. Shares are up over 30% at $5.40 in premarket trading Friday.
