USANA's Resurfacing Serum Shows Improvements In Skin Appearance In Two Weeks, Stock Up In Pre-Market

USANA Health Sciences, Inc. (USNA), Monday announced the results of a clinical study on its Celavive Resurfacing Serum, showing statistically significant improvements in the appearance of their skin in just two weeks.

The study involved 33 women with mild to moderate skin concerns with an average age of 56 years.

At the end of 12 weeks, the study reported 23 percent reduction in acute visible hyperpigmentation, 15.8 percent reduction in the appearance of fine lines, 11.6 percent reduction in the appearance of pores, 8.9 percent improvement in the apparent clarity of the skin, and 8.6 percent improvement in the radiant appearance of the skin.

Additionally, 81.8 percent of the participants reported it was the best their skin had felt in a long time, and 97 percent of participants stated that they would recommend the product.

In the pre-market hours, USANA's stock is trading at $25.96, up 4.93 percent on the New York Stock Exchange.
