Workspace Q4 Like-for-like Rent Rises 1.4%

Workspace Group PLC (WKP.L) Thursday said its like-for-like rent roll for the fourth quarter increased 1.4% to 107.9 million pounds.

Like-for-like rent per sq.ft. was 48.08 pounds, 0.9% up from last year, while like-for-like occupancy declined 1% to 85.1%.
