Fulcrum Therapeutics Inc. (FULC), a clinical-stage biopharma company developing therapies for rare genetic diseases, has a near-term clinical trial catalyst to watch involving its lead drug candidate Pociredir.
Pociredir, an oral therapeutic, is under a phase Ib study in patients with sickle cell disease, dubbed PIONEER. In the study, the company is currently evaluating the 12 mg dose and 20 mg dose of Pociredir.
