U.K.-headquartered Hill & Smith PLC (HILS.L) on Wednesday announced that after a comprehensive selection process, Chris McLeish has been named the Group's Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director. He is expected to join the company on October 13.
Chris is currently Chief Financial Officer of Ibstock PLC, a building products and solutions group. Prior to this Chris worked at Tate & Lyle PLC.
Mark Else, Group Financial Controller, would continue as interim Chief Financial Officer until Chris joins.
