TT Electronics Plc (TTG.L) on Monday announced the appointment of Richard Webb as Interim Chief Financial Officer or CFO and a member of the Board, with immediate effect.
The manufacturer of electronic components said that Webb most recently held the post of Group CFO at Ultra Electronics for 12 years. Richard has a proven track record of driving organic growth, leading change initiatives, and achieving cost efficiencies, TT Electronics added.
In November last year, the company had announced the then Chief Financial Officer, Mark Hoad's plans to retire and to remain in his existing role until September 30, 2025 or until a suitable replacement is found.
TT Electronics had said that its Board had initiated a search for Hoad's successor.
