Engineering Services firm Renew Holdings plc (RNWH.L) reported that its profit before income tax for the six months ended 31 March 2025 increased to 30.95 million pounds from 29.48 million pounds last year.
Profit attributable to equity holders of the parent company for the period rose to 24.59 million pounds or 31.07 pence per share from 20.91 million pounds or 26.40 pence per share in the prior year.
Group revenue increased 13% to 569.3 million pounds from last year, driven by diversified end market exposure and the consistent demand for its mission-critical services.
The Board has declared an interim dividend of 6.67 pence per share, compared to 6.33 pence in half year of 2024, representing an increase of 5%. This will be paid on 9 July 2025 to shareholders on the register as at 6 June 2025, with an ex-dividend date of 5 June 2025.
The company noted that it remains confident in its ability to navigate current headwinds and deliver against revised full year expectations.
