ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC. (IMOS) Tuesday reported net profit for the first quarter of NT$176.3 million or $5.3 million, and NT$0.24 or $0.01 per basic share, lower than NT$437.8 million or $13.2 million, and NT$0.60 or $0.02 per basic share in the same period a year ago.
Net earnings per basic ADS were $0.15, down from $0.36 last year.
Revenue for the quarter was NT$5.532 billion or $166.7 million, an increase of 2.1% from $5.419 billion or $163.3 million for the same period a year ago.
