GT Biopharma, Inc. (GTBP), a clinical-stage immuno-oncology company, has announced the advancement of its ongoing Phase 1 dose-escalation trial of GTB-3650 to Cohort 2 following the successful completion of dosing in the first patient group, i.e., Cohort 1.
The trial is evaluating GTB-3650, a second-generation TriKE or Tri-specific Killer Engager immunotherapy, for the treatment of relapsed or refractory or r/r CD33-expressing hematologic malignancies.
