Milestone Pharmaceuticals Inc. (MIST) is approaching a key regulatory moment with a Prescription Drug User Fee Act or PDUFA target date of December 13, 2025, for its lead product candidate, CARDAMYST (etripamil) nasal spray, in paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT).
If approved, CARDAMYST would become the new self-administered, fast-acting nasal therapy for acute PSVT episodes, potentially transforming how patients manage this unpredictable heart rhythm disorder outside of clinical settings.
