Canadian rock band Triumph have announced an expansive reunion tour of North America in celebration of their 50th Anniversary.
The tour, produced by Live Nation, is the band's first in 30 years. The tour, which is set to begin on April 22 in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, will run through June 6 in Boston.
"Our fans have always been the heart of Triumph. Their energy, their belief, and the way they embraced the positivity in our music have carried us for 50 years," shared Rik Emmett, Mike Levine, and Gil Moore.
"We've always said these songs were meant to bring people together — and that's exactly why we're coming back now," they added. "We knew there was still a chapter left to write. This tour is our chance to do it, together with the people who made the Triumph journey possible."
Triumph will be supported by April Wine on all dates of the tour.
Triumph was celebrated in June this year with a 15-track tribute album, Magic Power: All-Star Tribute To Triumph, via Round Hill Records. The record, produced by Mike Clink, featured eminent rockers including Phil X, Sebastian Bach, Slash, Nancy Wilson, Joey Belladonna, Dee Snider and Lawrence Gowan.
