MoonLake Immunotherapeutics (MLTX) has emerged as a clinical-stage biotechnology company to watch, following a series of regulatory and clinical milestones that highlight the potential of its lead candidate, Sonelokimab (SLK).
Sonelokimab is a novel tri-specific Nanobody that inhibits IL-17A and IL-17F, targeting multiple inflammatory pathways. MoonLake is advancing SLK across multiple indications, including hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), psoriatic arthritis (PsA), axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA), and palmoplantar pustulosis (PPP).
