But not everyone is blessed with the simple gift of falling asleep the moment they hit the bed. For many, sleep remains elusive, stolen by disorders that disrupt rest and quietly erode health, focus, and quality of life.
There are more than 100 sleep disorders that can impact sleep quality. Some of the most common include insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea, narcolepsy, and restless legs syndrome, among others.
