Broken Bow Records' annual late-night party during the Country Radio Seminar on Thursday (March 19), saw Florida George Line reunite onstage for the first time in four years.
Florida George Line's Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard, who last performed together in 2022, reunited to play their 2018 hit "You Make It Easy," a song they co-wrote with Morgan Wallen and Jordan Schmidt, which Jason Aldean recorded and took to the top spot on Billboard's Country Airplay chart.
Hubbard referred to Kelley as his "brother," raising hopes for a more complete reunion following recent reports that the pair have reconciled their personal differences.
"I have a desire for that friendship… I miss the guy I was partners with for 10 years… We need to repair… and spend some time together face-to-face… I'm excited for that," Hubbard said last year.
In an interview with Country Outdoors in February, Kelley said, "Right now I think just working on our brotherhood is kind of top-tier most important for us… If I do think about it, it does excite me… I think the options are endless right now."
FGL announced an indefinite hiatus in February 2022 following a decade of success. Their final performance took place in September of that year at the Minnesota State Fair.
Following their split, Hubbard, signed to Big Loud Records, has released singles such as "5 Foot 9" and "Dancing In the Country" along with his 2023 self-titled album. Meanwhile, Kelley has released two installments of "Sunshine State of Mind" beach country LPs.
