Colorectal cancer is the third most commonly diagnosed cancer in both men and women and is also the second leading cause of cancer-related death in the United States. In 2026, nearly 159,000 new cases are expected - equivalent to approximately 440 diagnoses each day, according to the American Cancer Society.
Alarmingly, by 2030, colorectal cancer (CRC) is projected to become the No.1 cause of cancer-related death in individuals under the age of 50.
